Really surprised!

I honestly wasn't expecting much, nor did I need much; just something that would hold my phone while I used the GPS feature. The reason I went for this one was due to the added adhesive plate(red and black thing in the picture)that comes with it. This allows you to stick it anywhere with a larger enough flat surface instead of the windshield. Also, the adjustable width was another plus for me. Oh! And the fact that you can rotate the device 360 degrees while its behind held (for landscape and portrait viewing).

Some Pros:

-The build quality is pretty good (plastic), wouldn't mind seeing some metal use
-Has multiple pivoting and spinning abilities
-Spring loaded adjustable width for different devices
-Padded so that it doesn't damage your device
-Actually small enough to hold my Zune MP3 Player! (Huge plus in my book)
-Comes with standard suction cup for windshield and additional adhesive plate that works as a mini-windshield type
-Good, solid, functional suction cup with twist release

One Con:

-I wish they would had used some metal in the construction of this guy. At times it does feel like I might twist it too far and break it. It has held up so far, and I expect it to continue to do so. But the added piece of mind would go a long way when it comes to tinkering with this thing and adjusting it.

All in all, for $6 + shipping, I am very happy with this purchase. I was pleasantly surprised after getting this and installing it. Assuming it holds up over the months/years and the suction cup doesn't eventually crack/go bad, I'll never regret buying it. But then again, I've got a total of $15 wrapped up in this thing (not too much of an investment).

Bottom line: Buy it :)

EDIT: I am using this mount to support the Samsung Galaxy SII Epic 4g Touch (Sprint) and the Microsoft Zune HD MP3 Player. Both fit perfectly without cases.
