Did not work on my Creative Zen X-Fi

I purchased this bundle for use with my Creative Zen X-Fi. Everything appeared to be good quality at first, but I soon found out that neither the car charger nor the wall charger worked! The Zen would turn on as if it was aware that it was plugged into something, but never charged. I contacted the seller and they immediately offered to either send me replacement items or give me a refund if I returned the item. The only down side was that I had to pay for return shipping for their defective product. I did this, sent the item via USPS return receipt/signature required and it was received by the seller the following Monday. I waited a few days and then I finally contact them as I had not seen my refund. Within hours, I received a response email and a notification that my refund was being processed. Take this review as you will, just sharing my experience.
